How to reach us
Email info@huskapestcontrol.com. That is the whole of it. One address, read by the people who actually run Huska, not a queue that routes you somewhere else and back again.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.
- First reply: within one business day, usually sooner.
- Mail that arrives over a weekend or a public holiday is answered on the next business day.
Nothing here needs a phone call. Returns need no form, no photographs and no explanation. If you want to send the devices back, your order number and the word return is enough to start it.
What to include so we can actually help
A short email with the right details usually gets a proper answer first time, instead of three rounds of questions. Where it is relevant, tell us:
- Your order number, which is in your confirmation email.
- Which room the device is in, and roughly how big that room is.
- How many devices you have running, and where you put them.
- How long they have been plugged in, in days or weeks.
- What you are seeing or hearing, and whereabouts in the house.
That last one matters more than it sounds. Activity inside a wall cavity, a loft or a garage is a different conversation from activity in the room the device is standing in.
The three things people usually write in about
It has been a week and I am not sure anything has changed. That is early. A deterrent gives you no moment where something is caught and the job is visibly done. What shifts is traffic, and traffic shifts over weeks rather than days. Give a room two to three weeks of uninterrupted running before you judge it, and leave the device plugged in for all of that time. If you reach the end of the 90 days and the house is no quieter, we would far rather refund you than argue with you.
How many do I need, and does it work through walls. It does not. Ultrasound is stopped by walls, floors and closed doors, and soft furnishings soak up what is left, so the honest answer is one device per room you want covered. That is why the three and six device sets exist and why they ship free. Two rooms that share a door still need two devices. One more thing on placement: the frequencies are silent to people and untroubling to cats and dogs, but hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs and pet birds can hear them, so do not run a device in a room where one of those lives.
I want to send it back. Then send it back. You have 90 days from delivery, we refund the full order including any shipping you paid, we pay the return postage, and there is no restocking fee. Used and a bit dusty is exactly how we expect them to come back. Email us and you will have a prepaid label the same working day if you catch us before five.
One thing we will always tell you straight
If what you describe sounds like an established infestation, droppings in the cupboards, noise in the cavity, something nesting, we will say so and point you towards a licensed pest control professional rather than sell you more devices. Huska is a deterrent for keeping a room unappealing. It is not a treatment for a problem that has already settled in. Being clear about that is the reason we can offer a trial as long as this one.
